Public articles tell AI what people know. Your internal records can show what people actually do to finish a job. That experience can be useful for training AI systems.
No. The first assessment asks only about your company and software. Nothing is transferred at this stage. If there is interest, the records, privacy safeguards, allowed uses and price must be reviewed and agreed to.
Real operating decisions, expert workflows and project histories have become valuable subjects for AI training. The information your team accumulated over years may be difficult to reproduce.

Understand what a buyer might value and what to protect before negotiating.
Many useful records capture a problem, the process used to solve it, the quality checks and the final outcome. This may be more instructive for certain AI training tasks than isolated public web text.
Ownership varies. A company may control some internal work product while other records are restricted by customer contracts, employee privacy or intellectual-property rights. Qualified counsel should review these boundaries before licensing.
Licensing specified data rights is different from transferring ownership of a business. Buyers may request exclusivity, fixed license periods, permitted-use limitations, warranties, or sublicensing rights. The details can materially change what an offer is worth.

The initial screening collects company-level facts and optional business contact information. No customer files, confidential exports, employee records or system credentials are required.
A completed inquiry is not permission to transfer or sell the company's proprietary data. We request consent before introducing contact details to a potential buyer.
Any future transaction requires a clear rights review, confidentiality safeguards and appropriate legal arrangements. We do not claim certifications, proprietary anonymization systems or buyer integrations that are not in place.
